Gift cards can be purchased at www.sageclothing.com. These gift cards can be used to purchase merchandise on our website and in all Sage stores. Gift card purchases are non-refundable and gift cards have no cash value.
Store credits issued at a Sage store can not be redeemed online.
Sales Tax of 7% will be charged to all orders shipped in Georgia.

All merchandise is shipped by Sage via UPS in the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
The cost of shipping is determined automatically at checkout by UPS.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST on Fridays will begin processing on the following Monday. sageclothing.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.
o We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
o *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.
o If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by Sage that the item cannot be shipped and you will not be charged for that item.

All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all original tags attached. Sage has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that Sage determines does not meet these requirements. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Returns and exchanges on all merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise that is purchased at www.sageclothing.com can be returned to a Sage store, but the store's return policy will apply. Sage Online is not able to process a return for merchandise that was purchased at our Sage stores.Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and email us at service@sageclothing.com immediately. We will let you know how to send it back to us at our cost, and we'll send you a replacement right away.
Please send all returns or exchanges, insured, along with the original invoice and details on the reason for the return, in the original packaging to:
