Sales Tax of 7% will be charged to all orders shipped in Georgia.

FREE shipping on all orders within the Continental United States on standard USPS ground shipping only.

Canada Ground is shipped USPS at $20.00

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability. All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

We will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we are unable to ship your order in the shipping method selected.

We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery.
Return Policy

Sage wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order! If you are not, please read the following policies. If you still have questions regarding you order, please feel free to contact us, and we will make it right!

Merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

All sale merchandise and undergarments may not be returned and is a final sale.

Merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with original tags attached.

If you were shipped the wrong item or an item was damaged, please contact customer service.

Merchandise that is purchased at can be returned to a Sage store, but the store's return policy will apply. [Store Return Policy is as follows: Unworn items may be exchanged or returned for a MERCHANDISE CREDIT. All returns must be made within 30 DAYS of purchase with the original tags attached and the original receipt. NO REFUNDS. All sale merchandise and undergarments are a FINAL SALE. Store credits, gift cards and certificates are only redeemable for merchandise and are not replaced if lost.]

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless a shipping error has occurred.

Complete the returns form on the back of the invoice.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment and you will receive a notification email. Please send all returns, insured, along with the original invoice and returns form, in the original packaging to:

Exchange Policy

To process an exchange, please call 678-368-4027 and we will place a new order and ship it to you with no additional shipping cost. We may need the credit card info again if the items to be exchanged cost more than the items wanted. Our system does not store credit card info for your protection.

Please send the item(s), insured, along with the original invoice with the reason for the return, in the original Sage bag to the address listed above.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery.
